Randy Pausch - changing the world
I realize not everyone has over an hour to give to watch a video from beginning to end. Especially when it reminds them of school days in a lecture type format. But I ask that you keep this video in mind when you need to figure some things out in life. Take the 1-hour 16-minutes 27-seconds to watch this video from beginning to end, don't skip a second of it, don't skip to the end, and don't finish early. It may not solve all your problems, or even answer a single one. But it may just take you away from the stresses of life and put your mind at ease to realize how special life is.
Randy Pausch died today, July 25, 2008, of Pancreatic Cancer. This was his last lecture and it moved me far beyond what I thought it would, asked and answered questions about how I am currently living my life, and very well could set me in a new direction to live. So listen to every word he says, but listen more to the message he is delivering. Enjoy.

Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals. Rock the Bells, DC
It's that weekend...time to Rock the Bells in DC/Maryland. I'll be leaving on Saturday to meet up with friends and do something in DC. Then Sunday it's the concert. Should be a blast and I'm going to try and do some mobileblogging.
