A few quick favor and some info...

A favor I ask, please don't tell me a story while I'm seated and you are standing and proceed to laugh through your nose...k...thanks.

And some info...After the Pens game on Sunday, my lovely date and I stopped at the Cheesecake Factory in the SouthSide. After looking over the menu I copied my date and ordered the Chicken Sandwich. She got the Chipolte or something sauce, whilst I got the buffalo sauce. I seem to always order that when I go to a new place that offers it...I still think 2002 Denny's Buffalo Chicken sandwich or dinner was best. Consistent whether I ate it in Greentree, Robinson, Moon, Niagra Falls, ON, or wherever...BUT, what I'm getting at is the Cheesecake Factory Buffalo Chicken sandwich was poor...I thought the bun looked like a Big Mac or QuaterPounder bun. Chicken was more than a little dry...overall not something I would get from there again, especially at about $10 for the plate.

When I was up in Buffalo, I really should have taken them up on their suggestion of the BEST Buffalo Chicken Sandwich...next time.

On TUESDAY...

100th post and doing what to Matt Damon?

Hooray for curtOphoto blog...this is my 100th post. I came across a post over here with a few videos. I found the first one to be the funniest, so that's what I'm sharing with you. It starts a little slow, but then gets fall out of your seat funny when Matt Damon comes in.

Since the pulling of the beams out from under the old St. Francis Hospital didn't work, they are now going to implode it. Somewhere between 2:00pm and 2:30pm depending on weather. See the map above for where you can view the building come down. FYI: This building is on the way down to make room for the new Penguins arena that will be built there.

Guins vs. Philly right now...

I say Guins, because it's Pittsburgh Pens...Atlanta Guins...Thrashers...REGARDLESS, it's on Versus right now...3rd period bout 9 minutes left...

Hedberg just got into the game...Atl is down 3-1. Not sure who is doing the commentary...but they just gave Colby a huge compliment...

"Colby Armstrong. Tremendous pound for pound hitter Darren. I think of guys in the past like Jermey Roenek, Dallas Drake, guys who hit like hammers but aren't 200lbs." "Michael Peca another one."

They went on to say that Atlanta is creating their identity through Colby. This is the first game I've seen besides when they played Pittsburgh...but I'm happy that Colby is doing alright...

Squeeling tires, flashing lights (part 2)

Maybe read part 1 first. But doesn't matter... Yes, that is the actual police car that pulled me over a few hours ago. Out of all the drunks on the roads last night, this police person decided to pick the one sober dude (besides Mike) on the road to pull over...Had me do the eye test and all that..I was just on the way home about 11:30...

But actually I gave him every reason to pull me over. Taking a turn off of Carson I squeeled a little, actually a lot of tire...he just happened to be on the street with his car parked, facing me as I did that...saw him jump in his car and pull a 3 point turn...I made a turn, and by the time he made that turn his lights were on...

All I got was a warning to slow it down...and YES...I snapped that pic as he was getting back in his car...

Well, my St. Patrick's Day didn't go as planned. Instead of waking up at 6am to get to either Samantha's to get the T into town, Lauren's to get the Incline, Jack's to meet up with the MeetIn crew, or just go straight to where Frank was holding the tailgate and parade watching spot on the 3rd floor of a parking garage...then at some point getting over to Market Square to say what's up to Julie_Gong...

Nope, instead my body told me at 6am when my first alarm went off "nope, you aren't going anywhere this early on a Saturday." Then when my next alarm went off, same thing. So next thing I know it's 10am...I decide that I've missed the parade, so I'll keep sleeping. Finally at 12 my buddy Mike calls...then he calls at about 2 saying he was meeting up with Buzz and Co. at Station Square.

So at about 5pm curtO was out the door. Met up with the knuckleheads and Company...wanted to go watch the Pitt vs. Georgetown Big East Championship game and wanted some food. So left to go to the SouthSide to St. James Place. Here is the conversation my Sister and I had via IM tonight:

BUT...on the way to the SouthSide, I was by Station Square...to my right was the T station, to my left was Hooters and such.

I was in the left lane backed up in traffic solid bumper to bumper...no one in the right lane...

curtO. says: so a car comes roaring up past in the right lane, because no one was there, but 2 girls cutting between me and the car in front of me....

So the first girl goes running DIRECTLY in front of the car...the tires squeeled and she made it to the sidewalk without getting hit, but the second fatty hit dead center of this Malibu...he hit his brakes so hard she got dumped off the hood...BAM...onto the ground...

he jumps out, walks towards the front of his car...this dude standing on the sidewalk is like..."DAAAAYYYYYMMMMMMMMNNN...stay still hunny, I'll get an ambulance"

Watching the Pitt vs. Louisville game tonight, I think it's great that it sounds almost like a home game at the Pete...Even the announcers on ESPN are commenting about the Oakland Zoo.

I walk out of my place after lunch and see something green coming out of the dirt right beside the ice. It looks to me like Mother Nature is ready for Spring to start. Thank goodness, this has been a rough Winter.
